 Our Account Manager will first understand your business objectives, detailed requirements, current service evels,  organization structure, key roles and responsibilities, and your current infrastructure and stated plans for the future.

 We then define Statement of Work, Service level Agreement covering service deliverables, agreed response times,

man power augmentation and problem / incident resolution parameters.
