Vidya Lakshmi co-founded APARA with Sidhu. She has over 20 years experience in managing operations, customer service and HR. She has had considerable experience in managing Service Operations at Xerox. At APARA, Vidya was instrumental in building a strong foundation of customer service, operational excellence, quality processes and employee friendly HR policies. Vidya holds a degree in Commerce
