foreign corporation in the state of California and located in San
Jose, CA is a fully owned subsidiary of Apara Enterprise Solutions Private Limited, India(AES). AGS is focused on developing a next generation technology
SOA platform for creating, managing and monitoring IT related storage
services. AGS deploys multivendor servers, switches, storage arrays,
networking and security gear to facilitate prototyping disaster recovery
and data protection services for our customers. AGS has offices in USA,

cumbersome, error-prone and inefficient. In order to improve this
situation radically, we are developing at AGS the next generation
distributed object Technology to management to create, deploy software
agents that control remotely various servers, switches and storage
equipment and also monitor them. By bringing Telecom reliability to our
software objects, we will create a platform for highly scalable Service
Creation, Delivery and Assurance that will be able to reliably monitor and
control remote equipment. We believe this will allow service providers
to tune applications on demand by tuning various elements that provide
bandwidth, response time, throughput, etc.). AGS is home to the state of
